The harvest work revolves around picking raspberries, blueberries and apples within a team. During the harvest, the packhouse is up and running and requires workers to grade and pack the fruit.
During the potato harvest 2 small group of workers are selected to grade the potatoes both on the harvester in the field and grader in the yard.
Throughout the off season, we have a lot of pre-harvest work consisting of preparing the fields, putting up polythene tunnels, planting raspberries and pruning blueberries and apples. The farm never stops, we are always a hive of activity.

Camp Maintenance & Grounds Keeper
Full time role, responsible to our HR & Welfare Manager. Maintain the grounds around the office and packhouse buildings, whilst also taking care of our seasonal worker campsite. Being the first point of contact for any maintenance issue that occur within the housing units during the main season and heading up the out of season up keep to ensure the accommodation is up to standard for the coming season.
